Intersex in Europe and intergender
Paris - from 16 to 19 August 2006
The Organization Intersex International http://www.intersexualite.org/French-Index.html organizes this summer, the first Universities Summer Intersex / intergender Europe, in Paris, 16 19 August 2006.
After several years of activism in Europe, within the LGBT movement, we come to a period of maturity which corresponds to the emergence of our speech, both within the scientific world of the media. In 2006 we said at the OII Europe will be that of intersex ... and that is the case!
Our field presence was important. We were very present-es in the symposia, the media, with movements LGBT.
order that this speech is not diluted, so we organized these Summer Universities.
course, this is a first meeting, of course we have no subsidy, then we do what we can and we're doing with the means at hand.
Yet we, as activists and professional-the-s from different backgrounds, developed expertise on Intersexuality and Intergenralité and we want to share but also to meet the demand of a-es and others.
